Refund policy
At Some Bub Stuff & Co, we care about the premium quality of our products. We only accept return of goods under some reasonable circumstances.
Can I return an order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@somebubstuff.com.au. Please specify “Returns <Order No>” in the subject. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note returns do not apply if the damage is caused by:
- Incorrect assembly
- Inadequate Storage
- Use of inappropriate cleaning products
- Misuse
- Abuse or neglect
or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines
- Normal wear and tear
- Rips, wearing, pilling, creasing, stains or fading of upholstered products
- Fading or discolouration caused by excessive exposure to direct sunlight
- Products not used for intended purposes of domestic use
- Products have been tampered or modified with in any way
- Force Majeure
How do I cancel or change an order?
In some circumstances you can cancel or change your order before it is processed. Just email us at enquiries@somebubstuff.com.au. Please note a 10% processing/admin fee might apply if the order is already processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as pet food and supplement), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and used goods (such as pet beds, rugs etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For any change of mind returns, shipping costs and return fee is non-refundable. The cost of shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
