Shipping Policy

At Some Bub Stuff & Co orders are shipped directly from one of our domestic or international warehouses, and we will do everything we can to get your order processed as fast as we can! Allow 1-2 business days for processing your order, before it can be shipped (with up to 5 business days of processing time during peak holiday seasons). 

1. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping on all orders over $120 is free throughout Australia and flat-rate shipping cost applies to orders under $120* (TnC apply)

  • For orders under $120 and < 5kg we charge a $9.99 flat standard shipping fee.
  • For orders over $120 and <5kg, we provide free standard shipping.

Note:

  1. Express shipping option is Not Available at this moment.
  2. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office address, PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers.
  3. For some products (even if the price is less than $120) free shipping might be offered as a part of promotions. If a product has free shipping, it will be specified under the shipping tab of product description)
  4. If free shipping is offered as part of a promotion for a particular product but it is combined with a product that includes shipping charges and the total order value is less than $120 then $9.99 flat standard shipping fee will apply.

2. Do you ship to regional town within Australia?

We do ship to most regional towns but it is at the discretion of our shipping partner. If for some reason we cannot ship to your regional address you will get a call from us asking for an alternate address and if an alternate address is not available you will be refunded the full order amount. You may in certain cases be asked to pay an extra shipping amount to ship to regional towns and if you don't wish to pay the additional shipping charge the full order amount will be refunded.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All delivery time frames are estimated by our couriers.

We use a combination of  local and international couriers for domestic delivery within Australia and all orders will be sent with tracking. 

For products maintained in Melbourne Warehouse, orders will take between 2 - 8 business days to arrive in most metro areas of major cities, other areas depend on your destination and shipping method.

For a few products that are maintained in our International Warehouses the average delivery time is 7-21 business days.

Christmas time is the busiest time of the year, and delivery times can therefore increase up to 10-19 calendar days. Also due to a high volume of orders during sale periods there may be delays in dispatching orders. 

4. At what time of day will my order be delivered?

As with most delivery services, our couriers do not have a standard time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8 am-6 pm. To make things easier for you, when you place an order, make sure you give clear instructions on where the package should be left if you are not home, as we give our couriers “authority to leave”. We find that customers prefer this approach for convenience.

Besides, delivery times may be subject to stock availability and Public Holidays and could be extended up to 21 days. Some Bub Stuff & CO will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter, and other public holidays.

5. Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, typically the courier will leave a delivery card at your front door or in your mailbox. This card will usually contain the details needed to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. Re-delivery may incur some charges on your end. For any reason you do not contact them and/ or they are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us. If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.

6. What happens if my order does not arrive in the estimated time frame?
